Payment Policy
Overview
Maison Rosen accepts secure payments through trusted payment processors used across Australia. All payments are processed in AUD, and your order is confirmed once the payment is authorized and approved.
Accepted payment methods
We currently accept common Australian payment options, including:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Availability can vary depending on your device, browser, and location. The checkout page always shows the options available for your order.
Payment processing and security
Payments are handled by secure, encrypted checkout technology. Maison Rosen does not store your full card details. If a payment is flagged by our processor for security reasons, we may request additional verification or cancel the order to protect customers from unauthorized transactions. If we cancel an order for this reason after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
Authorization holds
Some banks place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order. This is not a charge. If your order is cancelled or the authorization expires, the hold will typically be released automatically by your bank. Timing depends on your bank.
Taxes and pricing
Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable.
The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay. Shipping is free, and no customs duties or import fees will be charged to you on delivery.
Maison Rosen may update prices and promotions at any time. Any change applies to future orders only — the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, try:
- Confirming your billing address details match your bank records
- Using a different payment method
- Contacting your bank for approval
Maison Rosen cannot override a decline made by your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel an eligible order or return an item under our Return & Refund Policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refund timing after that depends on your payment provider and bank.
Nothing in this policy limits your right to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, not as described, or not delivered within a reasonable time.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem with a payment or an order, contact us first at support@maisonrosen.com. We aim to resolve issues within 24 hours, and in most cases we can refund or replace faster than a bank dispute can.
Raising a chargeback does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, we may decline future orders where we identify repeated fraudulent or abusive dispute activity.
