Customer Responsibility for Returns
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any hidden fees, restocking fees, or deductions from your refund.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at support@maisonrosen.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of your return request. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, we will provide clear instructions on how to return your order at your own expense.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

About Our Return Address
Maison Rosen works with an international fulfilment partner to process and ship orders. Returns are sent directly to our fulfilment centre. This is standard practice for many online retailers and does not affect your consumer rights or our 30-day return guarantee.

Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund:

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your Legal Rights
