We ship to addresses within Australia. Our products are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners overseas.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed if there are delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. No customs duties, import fees or additional charges will be payable by you on delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Here is what to expect once you place your order:
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total delivery time: 6 to 9 business days
- Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM
- Time zone: Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne, Australia)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or extreme weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will resolve it — this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted areas.
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on Australian regulations or carrier limitations.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If delivery fails because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was not collected after multiple delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in these circumstances.
Where a delivery fails for reasons within our control or the carrier's control, we will reship or refund your order at no additional cost to you.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at support@maisonrosen.com. Risk of loss remains with us until the goods are delivered to you. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or a full refund.
